TMonie uses account, planning and business information needed to provide the calculations, records and controls you request.

Information used

We may process account identifiers, profile and business details, self-reported income and costs, savings, goals, invoices, bills, projects, accounting records, imported transaction data, consent records and calculation audit records when you use the relevant features.

How information is used

Required service processing creates your account, stores the records you choose to add, performs calculations and reconciliation, prepares management reports, protects the service and fulfils data-rights requests. Product news and research invitations are optional and can be withdrawn in Privacy & data.

Service providers

The configured hosting and Supabase services provide application hosting, authentication and database services. Providers may process limited information under TMonie’s instructions to operate and secure the service. A Google Sheets import is fetched only when you explicitly provide a viewable sheet link.

Your controls

Authenticated users can export their data, withdraw optional communication choices, request correction or restriction, and request or complete account deletion.
