Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms apply to TMonie Free and to TMonie Plus and Business subscriptions billed monthly or annually. If you create or administer a Business workspace for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Planning service
TMonie provides planning and decision-support tools based on the information you enter. It is not a bank, lender, broker, payment service, accountant or regulated financial adviser. Results are estimates, not a recommendation or guarantee that a decision is affordable.
Paid subscriptions and billing
Paid-plan pricing is shown in the currency associated with your selected region where supported. The recurring price, applicable taxes, billing interval and renewal date are shown before payment, and Stripe securely hosts checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled. You authorise the applicable recurring charge when you confirm checkout.
Business workspaces and seats
A Business subscription includes the number of seats stated on the pricing page at purchase. The workspace owner administers seats, invitations and roles and is responsible for ensuring that members are authorised to access the organisation’s workspace. Owners, members, approvers and viewers receive different permissions as described in the product. An invitation does not give access until it is accepted by the intended account.
Authority, approvals and workspace records
Workspace roles support internal preparation, review and approval. An approval recorded in TMonie reflects the action taken by that user; it does not execute a payment or replace your organisation’s procurement, accounting, tax or legal controls. The organisation and its workspace owner are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of customer, supplier, team and transaction information entered into TMonie.
Members leaving and workspace ownership
Removing a member ends that member’s workspace access but does not automatically delete records they created for the organisation. Those records remain with the Business workspace, subject to applicable law and TMonie’s retention and deletion processes. The current owner must contact support to request an ownership transfer, and TMonie may require reasonable verification of authority before completing it.
Cancellation, retained records and access
You can cancel renewal through the billing portal at any time. Unless a refund or applicable law requires earlier termination, paid access remains available through the current paid period. When Plus or Business access ends, paid features and Business workspace operations may become read-only or unavailable. Cancellation does not automatically delete personal or organisational records. Available exports, account controls and deletion or data-rights requests remain subject to the product’s privacy controls, retention requirements and applicable law.
Refunds
UK consumers may request a refund within 14 days by contacting support@tmonie.com. We will explain whether and how use of the digital service affects the refundable amount and will always honour rights required by applicable law. After that period, payments are normally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or the service was materially unavailable. Business customers retain any mandatory rights that apply to them.
Taxes and business records
Prices and any taxes collected on the TMonie subscription are shown at checkout. You are responsible for taxes, VAT treatment, filings and record-keeping relating to your own invoices, purchases, suppliers and business activity. Documents created in TMonie are operational records and are not a substitute for accounting or tax advice.
Service availability and support
We aim to keep TMonie available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, published availability or response-time targets are operational goals rather than contractual service levels. The Business prioritised support queue gives Business requests earlier triage than standard requests during staffed support operations; it does not guarantee a particular response or resolution time unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibility
Keep your account secure, use appropriate multi-factor authentication, provide accurate billing information, review assumptions and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed. Do not attempt to access another person’s or organisation’s information, bypass entitlement or role controls, upload unlawful material or disrupt the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of material subscription, price or service changes where required. Ending or changing the service does not remove your statutory rights.
Support
For service, workspace ownership, cancellation, refund or billing help, contact support@tmonie.com. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or security codes.
